Digital Services & Virtual Products Applicable to: AI Fortune Telling Reports, Destiny Analysis, Digital Downloads. All Sales Final: Due to the personalized, irrevocable, and intangible nature of our digital services, all sales of AI Fortune Telling Reports and digital content are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Performance of Service: The service is considered "rendered" and the order "fulfilled" the moment the report is generated and/or delivered to your email or displayed on your dashboard. Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion ONLY under the following circumstances: A technical failure prevented the report from being generated or delivered. The file delivered is corrupted and cannot be restored. Note: We are not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incorrect birth data entered by the user. 2. Physical Goods Applicable to: Crystals, Bracelets, Ornaments, etc. 14-Day Return Window: You may request a return for physical items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates included. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. Shipping Costs: Customer Responsibility: For "Change of Mind" returns (e.g., you no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
